The food was good. The toilet was slightly unclean. The owner doesn’t speak English, so it’s best to use a phone translator. They are open from 12:00 to 15:00 and reopen from 17:00.

The service was very good and kind and they have a lot of options for food and drinks. The place was very peaceful. The food was good, you could tell it was hand made but I found the prices too high.

This has been our go to place for four years now, we love the Master Mix. The staff is the best!

Amazing! I used to live in Luxembourg and I fall in love with this place now every time I come, is my favorite place to eat.

We liked the place and the food. We had orange duck and pack choi. The dishes were very flavourful, not overly sweet, with rice. The service was fast. Definitely we will come back.

Finding a proper dining spot open on Christmas Day in Luxembourg is no small feat, so stumbling upon Red Face felt like a stroke of luck. Beyond the convenience, there is genuine quality here, though the experience had a few rough edges.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beverage program. The wine and Japanese whisky selection is far more thoughtful than what you typically find in standard Asian restaurants, making it easy to find a good pairing for the meal.

The kitchen clearly knows its way around dough and broth. The dim sum and wonton soup were excellent—delicate textures and comforting flavors that hit the mark perfectly. However, the mains were a bit of a mixed bag regarding balance: the braised pork leaned heavily on the sweet side, while the Gan Guo style chicken was aggressively salty.

Service was polite, but the kitchen seemed to be struggling with the holiday rush, resulting in a 45-minute wait for our food. A hiccup, certainly, but manageable given the circumstances. The atmosphere is calm, with quiet Asian background music and decor that tries to bridge Chinese and Japanese aesthetics with sincere effort.

Overall, despite the wait and the seasoning issues with the main courses, it was a satisfying meal. I’m grateful they kept their doors open to provide a warm dinner on a day when the rest of the city was dark.

Great place, the food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend everyone to go!

My experience with the Beef, Chicken, and Shrimp Fried Rice from Red Face Chinese Restaurant in Luxembourg was profoundly disappointing, particularly concerning the value. The portion size was excessively small for a main dish priced at over €21. Furthermore, as someone who is Asian and considers fried rice to be the most basic foundation of Asian cooking, I was severely underwhelmed by the quality.
I would rate the taste a mere 3/10. I honestly believe I could prepare a better quality fried rice myself, and having tried similar dishes across various European countries, this specific offering was significantly below average. Since we were the last customers of the night, the food seemed to have been hastily prepared with little care, giving the impression it was "cooked like whatever." This lack of attention resulted in a mediocre and unsatisfying meal that simply does not justify the high cost.

il était parfait mais attention ne vous attendez pas a deguster du poisson c est juste des cubes arôme poisson et crustacé sauf calamars et crevettes qui eux étaient vrais

Terrible service a la clientèle, on accepte une commande pour 12:20, on ne décroche pas le téléphone jusqu'à 12:45. on me donne pas vraiment une réponse on me dit un instant je vais demander et après on me laisse attendre 5min en ligne sans répondre pour après fermer l‘appel. Le livreur arrive je me plein et je lui dit de appeler son chef a demander au moins une réduction (35min de retard pause a terminé 15min avant l‘arrivage du livreur) le chef lui dit „que je me dois aller me faire ftre“ donc je vous recommande absolument de ne jamais commander chez ce foutage de gueule et vaut mieux acheter du sushi de la pompe a essence par rapport de qualité.
