Asiatische Fusion-Küche. Irgendwie fehlt den Gerichten der letzte Kick. Die Gerichte werden auf grossen Tellern serviert, das typische asiatische "Teilen" und Probieren von allem ist dadurch kaum möglich. Erschwert das Essen mit Stäbchen, für Schalen muss man nachfragen...In der marmite aux fruits de mer war der Fisch Einfrierware und schmeckte entsprechend, der eingeduckten Brühe fehlte die Würze. Der Canard croustillant war in der Tat croustillant, da tot frittiert...Die Vorspeisen waren ok. Aufmerksame nette Bedienung. Das Interieur, vom italienischen Vorbesitzer übernommen, wirkt für ein asiatisches Restaurant etwas skurril. |
