A new Ramen place in Esch that offers a very cozy small place to enjoy your ramen 🍜 The staff is freindly and welcoming. The vibe is chill and the space is small and warm. It still has this "newly established place" feeling, so it could usr some more cozy decorations and fabrics. The menu was offered via a pad that functioned very smoothly and displayed the ingredients of every dish clearly. There were two vegetarian options for the ramen and one for the appetisers which contained fermented vegetables. I was personally disappointed that there were no vegetarian spring rolls 🥟 I wished there was more vegetarian options, especially for the appetisers. Most fishes contained chicken, beef or pork 🥩 I ordered vegetarian ramen based on tofu and mushrooms... It was EXCELLENT! The noodles had perfect consistency and it was prepared with care and spiced amazingly. Utensils could expand a bit more because one would require extra napkins aside from the big one placed on the lap and would need something to place the chopsticks on 🥢 The spoon given to have the soup in the ramen was a bit difficult to use but it went alright eventually. There are many options for tea, but not much for cold soft drinks. Dessert focuses on ice cream, mostly vanilla, mango, and green tea. We ordered the dessert dish of ice cream balls rolled in rice dough and it was tasty and interesting 🍧 I highly recommend the place! It has room for improvement, and that's understandable since it's new. The food quality is surprisingly excellent. |
