What is the procedure for placing your first order?
From the home page, enter your postal code where you want to be delivered. We will then propose a list of restaurants. The restaurants open and available to deliver you appear. Choose the one that best suits you by possibly helping you comments and notes from other guests, choose from the dishes offered by this restaurant and fill your basket by taking care to indicate the quantities for each dish or menu. Validate then finalize the basket and finally specify your coordinates. MiamMiam and our restorer partner take care of the rest!
I'm hungry! Where is my order?
Restaurants make sure you can deliver your order on time. Estimated delays for deliveries and pick-ups are provided by restaurants and are only estimates. During peak hours, your delivery may take a little longer. You can always check the expected delivery time in your MiamMiam account in "My Orders". You will also find the restaurant's phone number. If your order is late, contact them directly to be informed of the delay. MiamMiam does not guarantee that orders will be delivered or will be available for pick up within the estimated time.
How to modify or cancel an order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you can contact the restaurant directly at the number indicated on your confirmation email to communicate your requests. However, there is no guarantee that the restaurant will accept your requests as they may have already started processing your order.
How to know if your order has been taken into account?
The restaurant confirms the delivery time of your order. As soon as MiamMiam sends your order, it confirms the time it can actually deliver it. The status of your order is visible on your MiamMiam account in "My Orders".
How to leave a comment or rate a restaurant?
After each order, you will receive an email inviting you to give your opinion on the restorer's services for this specific order. You have 7 days, from the date of the order, to post your opinion. Your feedback on MiamMiam is collected and used to improve our service to better serve you. We invite you to use the form instead contact us to send us your suggestions, the order comments are more specifically dedicated to qualify the restaurant.
Who delivers my order?
All our partner restaurants offer home delivery. They all have their own deliverers. Some restaurants go through the services of a logistician who then handles their orders but it remains under their responsibility. Our job is, first and foremost, the service. We are an intermediary who ensures the connection between partner restaurants and consumers of catering catering delivered.
What to do in case of non-receipt of the order confirmation email?
In order for email to arrive directly in your inbox, we recommend that you add this address to the list of trusted senders for your email service. If you do not see it in your inbox, see if it has not arrived in your "Spam".
Who confirms the delivery time of my order?
The restaurant confirms the delivery time of your order. As soon as MiamMiam sends your order, it confirms the time it can actually deliver it. The status of your order is visible on your MiamMiam account in "My Orders".
How to make a special request before my order?
Write your possible modifications of ingredients, your additional information, in the field "Optional message" presented at the time of confirmation of your details. If you are allergic and the composition of a dish can be confusing, we strongly advise you not to take the slightest risk and not order the product or products concerned without getting closer to the restaurant before any order on the site.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order depends on each restaurant. You will find this information on the restaurant's card, right next to the name of the restaurant. The information is also included in your basket. Please note that if the minimum order is not reached, you will not be able to finalize your order.
